Overview

An easy care evergreen, perennial plant and a very popular houseplant. This tabletop palm can also grow outdoors year round.

Water

Prefers soil that is lightly moist, with a slight period of drought between waterings. Water when the top 1” - 2” inches of the soil are dry, about every 7 - 10 days.

Light

Does best in medium to bright light and near a north or west facing window. Do not keep your plant in direct sunlight.

Soil

Prefers a peat-rich soil-based potting mix. The pH of the soil must be between 5.1 and 7.5 for the Neanthe Bella Palm to thrive.
