Plants often become stressed during transit and need a few days to bounce back to normal, especially during the extreme warm or cold conditions that might be happening at the time of shipment. Because of this process, we encourage you to try to nurse your plant back to health before deciding that it’s doomed. If the plant never comes back to health from its journey, we are happy to refund or replace it within 30 days. Please take a picture of the plant within 48 hours of unpacking and email us at returns@plantsbypost.com.
